I am an Associate Professor in the School of Engineering.  I am interested the fundamental research, applied research, and development of new communication and signal processing techniques which shall be foundational in future, high-impact networks and systems.

My research focuses upon the application of the fundamental concepts in communication systems and signal processing to important application areas including terrestrial networks, satellite-based networks, surveillance and monitoring, spectrum efficient communications, secure communications, and defence systems.  The work involves the creative application of digital signal processing techniques with the fundamental goal of producing new, high-performance, low computational complexity algorithms and the associated system/hardware/software configurations.
